What we check

We check the pro's state license against the issuing board. The license number is shown on their public profile. A lapsed or invalid license disqualifies them immediately.
Insurance verification
Active general liability — and workers' compensation where it applies. We keep a copy of the Certificate of Insurance on file and re-verify it.
Ongoing monitoring
We track every lead, every bridged call, every dispute. Pros with persistent complaints or pattern issues are paused or removed. Disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
