Jayden Forshee is the founder of Routed. He started the company on a simple frustration: home-services lead marketplaces sell the same job to five contractors, who then race to call one homeowner. The homeowner gets buried in calls, the contractors mostly lose, and nobody is accountable for quality.

Routed takes the opposite approach — each homeowner is matched with exactly one verified local pro, exclusively, with a call back in under sixty seconds. Jayden built the platform, its verification process, and the routing engine that makes that one-pro promise work.

Jayden reviews Routed's cost and education content for one thing above all: honesty. The price ranges we publish are framed as planning benchmarks, never as a guaranteed quote — because the only accurate number is the one a pro gives you after seeing the job.

Routed does not claim credentials it hasn't earned. We don't pretend a licensed tradesperson wrote a guide when one didn't, and we don't invent review counts or awards. Where a guide would genuinely benefit from a licensed contractor's review, we say so plainly rather than manufacture a name.
